Our heavy duty precision "big bore" lathes are ideal for large-scale turning, facing, taper cutting and threading applications that demand extremely powerful cutting capability and maximum rigidity. Industries such as pipeline, machine parts, mining, steel refi ning, power plant, paper making, ship building, textile and others count on our lathes’ massive construction with available 4-way track and up to 24” spindle bore to ensure maximum stability while performing heavy cutting operations.
EISEN oil country lathes are fitted with VFD motors up to 100 HP and harnessed through 4 speed gear change to optimize torque output. Smooth and efficient operation is the hallmark of our design and engineering effort. All the power is accompanied by labor-saving 6-way auto feeds and optional hydraulic power tailstock for maximum ease of operation. Pneumatic-powered automatic threading cycle is also available.
EISEN oil country lathes can be made especially to fit customer's size requirements -- from 6" to 24" spindle bore, from 35" to 105" swing size, from 59" to 472" between centers, and from 30 to 100HP motor. Meticulously built by our OEM factory in Taiwan, these heavy-duty lathes undergo thorough inspection before shipment and arrive at customer premises to be professionally installed to ensure a precise fit and high performance turning year after year.
