PRECISION HEAVY DUTY LATHES

HIGH RIGIDITY SPINDLE

Spindle is supported by three points support, which is consist of P5 high precision taper roller bearings to endure radial and axial load. Spindle is designed with optimum bearing span analysis, and proper preload arrangement to secure spindle stiffness and lower thermal displacement.

RIGID & LOW NOISE HEADSTOCK

Headstock gears are JIS 1 grade accuracy gears which made by Cr-Mo (Chrome Molybodenum) steel material and are under heat treatment, ground machining, proper backlash value adjustment to ensure the features of high accuracy great strength and less noise.

ANTI WEAR SLIDEWAYS

Slide ways of saddle and cross-slide are adhered to “ Turcite B” and scraped machining method; slide ways of bed are treated with ground and induction hardening to assure high accuracy and lower wear rate.

HIGH STIFFNESS CARRIAGE

High Stiffness carriage is composed of compound r/ holder, cross slide, saddle and apron which are fasten rigidly to transfer cutting stress to the bed, assure cutting accuracy. Auto lubricating device automatically lubricates slide ways among cross ssaddle and bed to smooth and convenient action relative movements. Adjusting screw is provided tregulate lubricant flow. Auto-feed stop device provides 2 points of positioning to promote cycle machining.

ROBUST BED

Bed width 350mm and wide front slide way increase contact area to reduce cutting stress, cutting and wear rate.

TWO STEP FEED TAILSTOCK

Rigid tailstock structure and clamping method are designed for heavy duty cutting load. Over-travel device prevents tailstock quill from falling. Two speed of feed is suitable for various thrust force from different axes.

METRIC / INCH GEARBOX

No need to replace change gears when converting inch system into metric system or metric into inch system. Oil dip system uses noiseless 10-speed dial rotary system for quick and easy speed changes.

CIRCULAR BRAKE

New circular brake system increases the brake contact area which can rapidly shut down motor power and securely brake even at high speed conditions. The clearance between the circular belt and the pulley is adjustable by the adjusting screw located between the motor and base plate thus enhancing longevity of the circular belt.
