Headstock
The headstock gears are hardened precision ground. Forced lubrication system is used to ensure consistent lubrication at all spindle speeds. The high precision spindle is supported by three high precision taper roller bearings.
Inch/Metric Gear Box
The gear box offers a comprehensive range of inch and metric threads all without the use of change gears. The gears in the gear box are hardened for extra durability.
Carriage Apron
The carriage apron comes standard with both manual and automatic lubrication system. The lubrication pressure is adjustable to keep cross slide ways and bed ways well lubricated and prolong service life. The apron is also equipped with an overload protection device to avoid machine damage.
