Features
- 15HP spindle motor is directly driven by high torque timing belt with spindle. ZF gearbox driven spindle also available as option.
- P4 anuglar contact spindle bearings. 4 front, 2 rear design limits temperature variations for high speed cutting.
- MEEHANITE casting main frame is annealed & stress relieved.
- 8000 RPM spindle speed (10,000 or 12,000 RPM optional)
- 40mm, C3 double nut ballscrews are preloaded to control backlash and pre-tensioned to minimize thermal variation.
- 4 solid boxways provide precise rigidity under heavy cutting conditions.
- Super high grade TURCITE B fitted to X, Y & Z hardened and ground slideways provide superior wear resistance.
- INA (Germany) F-82230 angular contact bearings are used for XYZ ballscrews.
- Telescopic steel way covers on all axes.
- Electric (with gear reduction motor) Genoa type 20 tool ATC
- Fully enclosed guarding designed to provide a safe, dry and clean working environment.
- Coolet type and floating design drawbar provide maximum rigidity for clamping and unclamping while reducing pressure on spindle bearings.
