FEATURES
- HEADSTOCK features 3-point bearing supported spindle, ground and hardened gears, and lubrication with an oil bathing system.
- BEDWAYS feature MEEHANITE FC-30 casting, heat treated and hardened to HS-70 hardness and precision ground. Coupled with auto lubricating system and high accuracy ballscrews to deliver precise movement reliably.
- FAGOR CONTROL is known for ease of use. Its teach-in mode and canned cycles allows operator to run the machine without knowing the details of CNC programming.
- FLEXIBILITY: Manual pulse generators (handwheels) allow operator to run the machine like a manual lathe for quick one-off parts without worrying about programming at all. However, the sequence of moves are saved easily, if the need for same part comes up again, the part program can be recalled and subsequent machining becomes automated.
